Acceptable Use Policy

1. Prohibited Activities

You may not use the site or our services to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation, or infringe anyone's intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights.
• Transmit malware, attempt unauthorized access, probe or scan for vulnerabilities, or bypass authentication, rate limits, or security controls.
• Submit false, spoofed, or misappropriated identity, contact, or payment information.
• Send spam, chain messages, or bulk unsolicited communications, or harvest email addresses or personal data from the site.
• Scrape, crawl, or mirror the site in a way that degrades performance or circumvents technical restrictions. Well-behaved search and AI crawlers that respect robots.txt are welcome.
• Post or transmit content that is defamatory, harassing, hateful, obscene, sexually exploitative of minors, or that promotes violence or self-harm.
• Resell, sublicense, or white-label our services without a written agreement permitting it.
• Interfere with other users' access, or place unreasonable load on our infrastructure.

2. Prohibited Uses of AI Features

Where we build or operate AI features for you, neither you nor your end users may use them to:

• Generate deceptive content presented as human-authored where disclosure is legally required.
• Produce disinformation, impersonate real individuals, or create non-consensual likenesses.
• Generate automated legal, medical, or financial advice presented as professional counsel.
• Make consequential decisions about individuals (credit, housing, employment, insurance, or benefits) without meaningful human review.
• Attempt to extract system prompts, training data, credentials, or other users' data through prompt injection or similar techniques.

3. Content Standards for Client Projects

You are responsible for the content and business practices of any site or system we build for you, including regulatory disclosures required in your industry (for example healthcare, legal, financial services, or insurance advertising rules). We may decline or discontinue work that we reasonably believe violates law or this policy.

4. Reporting and Enforcement

Report suspected violations to info@atomikengine.com. We may investigate, remove content, throttle or block access, suspend or terminate services, and cooperate with law enforcement. Where practical we give notice and an opportunity to cure, but we may act immediately for security, legal, or severe-harm reasons.
