AI Disclaimer
AtomikEngine builds AI-integrated websites and automation, and uses AI tools in parts of its own workflow. This page explains what that means for you.
Effective August 2, 2026
1. AI Use on This Website
Some content published on atomikengine.com, including blog articles and technical explainers, is drafted or researched with the assistance of AI language models and then reviewed and edited by our team before publication. We are responsible for what we publish, but AI-assisted content can still contain errors, outdated figures, or misinterpretations.
Statistics, pricing benchmarks, and platform behavior described in our articles reflect our understanding at the time of writing and should be independently verified before you rely on them.
2. AI Features We Build for Clients
Chatbots, assistants, content generators, classifiers, and automation workflows we deliver rely on third-party AI models. These systems are probabilistic. They can produce output that is inaccurate, incomplete, biased, outdated, or fabricated ("hallucinated"), even when correctly configured.
AI output is not a substitute for professional judgment. Any AI feature that touches legal, medical, financial, safety, or employment decisions must include human review before the output is acted on.
3. Your Responsibilities When Deploying AI
- Disclose to your end users when they are interacting with an AI system, as required in a growing number of jurisdictions.
- Review and approve the knowledge base, system prompts, and guardrails we configure on your behalf.
- Monitor output quality and report issues so we can tune the system.
- Ensure you have the right to use any data supplied to the model, and avoid sending sensitive personal data unless the engagement is scoped for it.
- Comply with the acceptable use policies of the underlying model providers, which we will identify for your build.
4. Data Handling in AI Systems
Prompts and content sent to third-party model providers are processed under those providers' terms. Where the provider offers it, we configure builds to use API tiers that exclude your data from model training. We will identify the specific providers and applicable data terms for your project on request.
5. No Warranty on AI Output
We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any purpose of AI-generated output, and we disclaim liability for decisions made in reliance on it, to the maximum extent permitted by law. Our Terms of Service limitation of liability applies to AI features.
6. AI Search Visibility
Our SEO/GEO services aim to improve the likelihood that AI assistants surface and cite your brand. Model providers control their own retrieval, ranking, and citation behavior and change it frequently. We cannot guarantee inclusion, citation, ranking, or any specific level of AI-driven traffic.
