Design and build are rarely the bottleneck. Content — copy, photos, service details, legal review — is. Projects that ship on the fast end are the ones where a single decision-maker is available and source material already exists.
Integrations add time in proportion to how strict the other system is. A booking widget is hours; a CRM with custom lead routing and a payment flow is days.
How to compress the timeline
