How much does a business website cost?
Short answer
A custom business website typically costs $1,000 to $10,000+ as a fixed-scope build. At AtomikEngine the tiers are Business $1,000, Professional $2,500, Performance $5,000, and Enterprise $10,000+. Price scales with page count, integrations, content, and performance engineering — not with hourly guesswork.

What each price tier includes
Business — $1,000. A fast, custom five-to-seven page site for a single-location company: mobile-first design, core service pages, a form with verified delivery, and SEO and schema foundations.
Professional — $2,500. The common fit for established companies: dedicated pages per service and location, expanded content, review integration, and a full technical SEO and GEO build.
Performance — $5,000. Conversion architecture, campaign landing pages, CRM integration, analytics, and content built around revenue keywords.
Enterprise — $10,000+. Multi-location or multi-division architecture, custom integrations, portals, and AI intake agents.
What actually drives the price
Page count and unique templates, how much original content has to be written, the number of third-party systems the site has to talk to (CRM, booking, payments), and how far Core Web Vitals need to be pushed. A brochure site and a lead engine cost different amounts because they do different jobs.
Subscription site builders look cheaper at $20-$60 a month, but you rent the platform and typically cannot move the build. Fixed-scope custom work is a one-time cost and you own the result.
What is not included by default
Domain registration, third-party SaaS subscriptions, paid ad spend, and ongoing marketing retainers are separate line items. Hosting on edge infrastructure and post-launch support terms are scoped per project.
